Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

14.1 About the Programme & Independent Relationship

The Meeky Cart Affiliate Programme allows approved content creators, influencers, digital marketers, publishers, and commercial partners (“Affiliates”) to promote qualifying Meeky Cart products and services through unique referral links and codes in exchange for performance commissions.

Affiliates act as independent contractors (14.44). Participation does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, or franchise relationship. Affiliates have no legal authority to bind Meeky Cart or modify platform policies (14.45).

Eligibility (14.2): Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age, possess verified marketing channels, and provide accurate tax and identity information.

14.4 Attribution Tracking & Qualifying Sales

Cookie & Link Attribution (14.4): Commissions are tracked via unique tracking links and cookie sessions. Attribution relies on browser compatibility and tracking parameters.

Qualifying Transactions (14.5): Commissions apply only to legitimate, completed, and unreturned orders. Certain excluded products (gift cards, reloads, specific carrier fees) may have zero commission.

14.6 Commission Structure, Pending Periods & Deductions

Commission Calculations (14.6-14.7): Calculated on net product value excluding taxes, VAT, customs duties, shipping charges, and promotional discounts.

Verification & Holding Window (14.8): Commissions remain in a "Pending" status during the customer return window to allow for transaction verification.

Returns & Chargebacks (14.9): If a customer returns a product, receives a refund, or files a credit card chargeback, the associated commission is automatically deducted from the Affiliate balance.

14.10 Self-Referral Ban & Anti-Fraud Enforcement

Prohibited Fraudulent Tactics (14.11): Cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, automated click bots, forced redirects, spyware, or submitting orders with stolen cards results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated balances (14.38).

14.12 Marketing Rules: Paid Search, Domains & Spam

• PPC & Trademark Bidding (14.13): Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on "Meeky Cart", "Meeky Store", or trademark misspellings in Google Ads, Bing, or paid search networks.
• Domain Names (14.14): Registering domain names containing Meeky Cart trademarks (e.g. "meekycartcoupons.com") is strictly prohibited.
• Spam & Unsolicited Email (14.16-14.17): Distributing affiliate links via unsolicited spam emails, bulk social media scraping, or forum comment spam is grounds for instant termination.

14.22 Promotion of Telecom, eSIM & Unlocking Services

When promoting specialized technical services (eSIMs, carrier unlocking), Affiliates must accurately describe coverage, device compatibility requirements, and processing times as stated on official Meeky Cart pages. Affiliates must never make false guarantees regarding network speeds or carrier unlocks.

14.25 Payouts, Taxes & Transparent Commercial Disclosures

Payouts & Identity Checks (14.25-14.27): Paid via supported payment methods once reaching minimum payout thresholds. KYC identity and tax verification may be required prior to disbursement.
