Meeky Cart may also conduct business, provide services, fulfil transactions, or support customers through associated, affiliated, or separately registered entities and operating locations in other jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom and the United States.

These Terms apply to all users of Meeky Cart, including customers, visitors, registered account holders, purchasers of physical products, purchasers of digital products or services, users of eSIM services, customers using phone-unlocking services, purchasers or users of gift cards and prepaid products, voucher users, affiliates, business partners, and any other person accessing or interacting with Meeky Cart.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account with, purchasing from, or otherwise using Meeky Cart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable policies referenced in them.

These Terms should be read together with all other policies and service-specific terms published by Meeky Cart, including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Payment and Billing Policy, Order Fulfilment and Delivery Terms, eSIM Terms, Phone Unlocking Terms, Prepaid and Visa Card Terms, Voucher Terms, Affiliate Program Terms, and any other terms applicable to a particular product or service.

Where a particular product or service has additional terms, those additional terms form part of your agreement with Meeky Cart and apply specifically to that product or service.

• Pet products;
• Household and lifestyle products;
• Directly sourced merchandise;
• Digitally delivered products;
• eSIM products and connectivity services;
• Mobile phone unlocking services;
• Gift cards;
• Store vouchers;
• Promotional vouchers;
• Prepaid and reloadable card products, including applicable Visa-branded products;
• Affiliate and referral programs;
• Loyalty and rewards programs;
• Promotional campaigns;
• Subscription or recurring services where offered;
• Other digital, physical, or technology-enabled services introduced by Meeky Cart from time to time.

The availability of a particular product or service may depend on your country, location, payment method, applicable laws, supplier availability, technical compatibility, service-provider restrictions, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances.

Not every product or service is necessarily available to every customer or in every jurisdiction.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By using Meeky Cart, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms;
2. You agree to comply with these Terms;
3. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
4. You have legal capacity to enter into the applicable agreement;
5. Any information you provide to us is accurate and not misleading;
6. You will not use Meeky Cart for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes;
7. You accept the applicable terms relating to the specific products or services you purchase or use.

If you are using Meeky Cart on behalf of a company, organization, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Meeky Cart may update, amend, replace, or modify these Terms from time to time. Changes may be made to reflect:

• Changes in our business;
• Introduction of new products or services;
• Changes in technology;
• Changes in payment methods;
• Changes in applicable laws or regulations;
• Changes in suppliers or fulfilment arrangements;
• Changes in service providers;
• Changes to security requirements;
• Changes to customer-protection requirements;
• Changes to operational procedures.

The updated version will be published on the applicable Meeky Cart platform and will include an updated effective or revision date where appropriate.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, your continued use of Meeky Cart after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where a change materially affects your existing rights or obligations, Meeky Cart may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate.

DEFINITIONS

For purposes of these Terms:

“Meeky Cart”, “Platform”, “Website”, “we”, “us”, or “our”

Means the Meeky Cart platform and the applicable entity or entities operating or providing the relevant product or service.

“Meeky Store”

Means Meeky Store, the South African business registered under registration number 2024/410471.

“Customer”, “you”, or “your”

Means any individual or legal entity accessing, purchasing from, or using Meeky Cart.

“User”

Means any person accessing or interacting with the Platform.

“Account”

Means a registered user account created on Meeky Cart.

“Product”

Means any physical or digital item offered for sale.

“Service”

Means any service offered by Meeky Cart, including digital services, eSIM services, unlocking services, voucher services, and card-related services.

“Order”

Means a request submitted by a customer to purchase a product or service.

“Checkout”

Means the process through which a customer reviews and submits an order.

“Supplier”

Means a third-party manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler, fulfilment provider, service provider, or other commercial partner supplying products or services.

“Fulfilment Partner”

Means a third party responsible for storing, processing, packaging, activating, delivering, or otherwise fulfilling an order or service.

“Global Fulfillment”

Means a fulfilment arrangement under which a product is dispatched directly from our international network of vetted manufacturers, brand partners, or fulfillment centers.

“eSIM”

Means an electronic SIM profile or related mobile connectivity service supplied through Meeky Cart or its service providers.

“Unlocking Service”

Means a service intended to assist with unlocking an eligible mobile device, subject to carrier, manufacturer, network, technical, and jurisdictional restrictions.

“Gift Card”

Means a digital or physical value product that may be redeemed according to its applicable terms.

“Voucher”

Means a promotional, store-credit, discount, prepaid, or other redemption code or instrument issued by Meeky Cart or an authorized third party.

“Prepaid Card”

Means a prepaid payment card or reloadable card product supplied through Meeky Cart or an authorized issuer or service provider.

“Visa Card”

Means a prepaid, reloadable, virtual, or physical card carrying the Visa brand where such a product is offered through an authorized card issuer or program provider.

“Affiliate”

Means a participant in the Meeky Cart affiliate or referral program.

“Business Day”

Means a day on which the relevant business or service provider is generally operating, excluding applicable public holidays where relevant.

“Applicable Law”

Means laws, regulations, rules, regulatory requirements, court orders, and other legally binding requirements applicable to Meeky Cart, its customers, products, services, or transactions.

“Force Majeure Event”

Means an event outside a party’s reasonable control that prevents or materially delays performance.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority applicable in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase products or services from Meeky Cart unless applicable law permits otherwise.

Certain services may impose additional eligibility requirements. For example, particular prepaid cards, eSIM products, financial products, mobile services, or other regulated products may require:

• Minimum age requirements;
• Identity verification;
• Proof of address;
• Verification of personal information;
• Additional customer information;
• Geographic eligibility;
• Compliance screening;
• Acceptance of additional service-specific terms.

Meeky Cart may refuse service where legally permitted or where a customer does not satisfy applicable eligibility requirements.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

Certain features may require you to create an account. When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not:

• Register using false information;
• Impersonate another person;
• Use another person's account without authorization;
• Create accounts for fraudulent purposes;
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions;
• Circumvent account restrictions;
• Provide stolen or unauthorized payment information;
• Use an account for unlawful activities.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your login credentials. You should use a strong password and avoid sharing your credentials with third parties.

You must notify Meeky Cart promptly if you suspect:

• Unauthorized account access;
• Credential theft;
• Suspicious transactions;
• Unauthorized purchases;
• Security breaches;
• Fraudulent activity.

Meeky Cart may temporarily restrict access to an account while investigating suspected security or fraudulent activity.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Meeky Cart may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including where:

• These Terms have been violated;
• Fraud is suspected;
• Payment abuse is detected;
• Promotional abuse occurs;
• A customer provides false information;
• A customer attempts to circumvent security controls;
• The account creates a security risk;
• The customer engages in abusive or threatening conduct;
• Applicable law requires restriction or termination.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice before taking action. Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that arose before termination.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use Meeky Cart only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not:

• Hack or attempt to compromise the Platform;
• Introduce malware or malicious code;
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks;
• Attempt unauthorized access;
• Scrape information using unauthorized automated systems;
• Reverse engineer protected systems except where legally permitted;
• Manipulate prices or transactions;
• Commit payment fraud;
• Use stolen payment credentials;
• Create fraudulent accounts;
• Abuse promotions;
• Submit false reviews;
• Manipulate ratings;
• Circumvent technical restrictions;
• Use Meeky Cart to facilitate unlawful activity;
• Harass employees, suppliers, affiliates, or customers;
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform.

Meeky Cart may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Meeky Cart may offer both physical and digital products and services. Each product or service may have different:

• Pricing;
• Availability;
• Delivery methods;
• Activation requirements;
• Eligibility criteria;
• Refund conditions;
• Cancellation rules;
• Warranty arrangements;
• Supplier terms;
• Geographic restrictions.

The product or service page and applicable service-specific terms should be reviewed before purchase.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, availability, and other information are accurate. However, minor differences may occur because of screen settings, photography, lighting, manufacturer changes, packaging changes, supplier revisions, translation differences, or measurement tolerances.

Where information is materially incorrect, we will seek to address the issue in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

Products are subject to availability. A product being displayed on the Platform does not guarantee that it will remain available. Suppliers may experience stock shortages, manufacturing delays, discontinuation, logistics disruptions, regional restrictions, product recalls, or supplier errors. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Meeky Cart may contact you to discuss an alternative, delay, or refund where appropriate.

GLOBAL LOGISTICS AND DIRECT FULFILMENT

Meeky Cart operates an international fulfillment model. Products are sourced and dispatched directly from verified manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, and fulfillment partners located worldwide.

Depending on the product and destination, an order may be fulfilled from locations including South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States, China, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia, South America, or other regions.

Orders may arrive:

• In separate packages;
• At different times;
• With different tracking numbers;
• In secure manufacturer packaging;
• From different regional fulfillment centers.

PRICING & TAXES

Prices displayed on Meeky Cart are generally the prices applicable at checkout unless otherwise stated. Prices may be affected by supplier costs, exchange rates, taxes, promotions, market conditions, shipping charges, payment-provider charges, and regional pricing.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before fulfilment, subject to applicable law. If a material pricing error affects an order, we may contact you and provide an option to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected order.

Applicable taxes may depend on your location, the nature of the product or service, and applicable law. Where required, taxes may be included in displayed prices or calculated at checkout. Customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges for international shipments where applicable.

PAYMENT & AUTHORIZATION

Meeky Cart may accept various payment methods, including card payments, electronic payments, digital wallets, bank-related payment methods, mobile payment methods, and other options made available at checkout. Payment methods may vary by country and product.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We use third-party payment processors to process transactions securely. Meeky Cart generally does not require access to your full payment-card credentials where those details are processed directly by an authorized payment provider.

An order may not be fulfilled until payment has been successfully authorized. A payment authorization or temporary card hold does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. Payments may be declined because of insufficient funds, fraud controls, bank restrictions, incorrect payment details, payment-provider restrictions, regional restrictions, or technical errors.

ORDER SUBMISSION & CANCELLATION

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products or services subject to these Terms. An automated order confirmation confirms that we received your order request, but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

Order acceptance may occur when:

• The product is dispatched;
• The digital service is activated;
• The service begins processing;
• We otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We may cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because the product is unavailable, the supplier cannot fulfil the order, there is an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, the transaction violates applicable law, the destination is unavailable, the service is technically unavailable, or a regulatory restriction applies.

Where an order is cancelled after payment, any refund will generally be made to the original payment method unless otherwise required or agreed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Physical products are subject to the applicable Meeky Cart Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by supplier processing, warehouse availability, customs, weather, carrier delays, public holidays, international logistics, incorrect customer information, government restrictions, or Force Majeure Events.

Meeky Cart ships internationally where supported. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs inspections, and import restrictions. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by the Meeky Cart Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy. Different rules apply depending on whether the transaction concerns:

• A physical product;
• A digital product;
• An eSIM;
• A phone unlocking service;
• A voucher;
• A gift card;
• A prepaid card;
• A customized product;
• A service that has already been performed.

You should review the relevant service-specific refund terms before purchasing.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Digital products and services may be delivered electronically via email, customer account, activation links, download links, digital codes, QR codes, mobile applications, or automated account activation. Because digital services may be consumed, activated, or transferred electronically, special cancellation and refund conditions apply.

eSIM SERVICES

Meeky Cart offers eSIM products and mobile connectivity services subject to separate eSIM Terms and Conditions. Before purchasing an eSIM, customers are responsible for confirming that:

• Their device supports eSIM functionality;
• Their device is compatible with the relevant network;
• Their device is not subject to restrictions that prevent use of the eSIM;
• The selected destination is supported;
• The selected plan meets their intended usage requirements.

An eSIM product may have an activation period, validity period, data allowance, geographic limitation, network limitation, or other technical restriction. Once an eSIM has been activated or materially used, refunds may be restricted except where required by applicable law or the applicable service terms.

MOBILE PHONE UNLOCKING SERVICES

Unlocking eligibility depends on IMEI information, device model, carrier, country, contract status, financing status, blacklist status, manufacturer restrictions, and technical compatibility.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate device and IMEI information. Submitting incorrect information may result in processing delays, failure, or additional costs. Meeky Cart does not guarantee that every device can be unlocked. Separate Phone Unlocking Terms apply.

GIFT CARDS & VOUCHERS

Gift cards may have expiration dates, geographic restrictions, redemption restrictions, transaction limits, non-refundable characteristics, and non-transferability rules. Gift cards are not equivalent to cash.

Vouchers issued by Meeky Cart may be subject to expiry dates, minimum purchase requirements, product restrictions, customer eligibility, geographic restrictions, one-time use restrictions, and account restrictions. Unless expressly stated, vouchers have no cash value.

PREPAID AND RELOADABLE VISA CARDS

Meeky Cart may offer prepaid, virtual, physical, or reloadable card products issued through authorized third-party providers or financial-service partners. Such products may carry the Visa brand but are subject to the terms, rules, restrictions, and requirements of the applicable card issuer, program manager, payment network, and service provider.

Meeky Cart is not necessarily the card issuer, financial institution, payment institution, or program manager. Card availability may depend on country of residence, age, identity verification, KYC/AML screening, funding requirements, transaction limits, and program rules.

A prepaid card may only be used for permitted transactions and may be restricted from certain merchants, jurisdictions, transaction types, or categories. The fact that a card carries the Visa brand does not mean that every merchant, country, ATM, website, or transaction will necessarily accept the card.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM, PROMOTIONS & REWARDS

Affiliates may earn commissions for qualifying transactions subject to the Affiliate Program Terms. Commissions may be subject to minimum payout thresholds, validation periods, refund/chargeback exclusions, fraud reviews, attribution rules, and tax obligations.

Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may expire. Exploiting promotional systems may result in cancellation of affected orders or account suspension.

Loyalty and rewards programs do not constitute cash, are non-transferable, and may be modified or terminated subject to applicable law and program terms.

THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS & SUPPLIERS

Meeky Cart relies on third parties for payment processing, shipping, warehousing, fulfilment, eSIM connectivity, network services, device unlocking, card issuance, identity verification, fraud prevention, and technology infrastructure.

Products may be sourced from third-party suppliers and manufacturers. Manufacturer warranties, where available, may be provided directly by the manufacturer or supplier.

SPECIAL PRODUCT CATEGORIES

Health, Beauty & Personal Care: Customers should read product instructions, warnings, labels, ingredients, and usage information before use. Meeky Cart does not provide medical advice merely by listing or selling a health or wellness product. Consult qualified professionals where necessary.

Technology Products: Customers should review voltage requirements, plug types, operating-system compatibility, device compatibility, network compatibility, and software requirements before purchasing.

FRAUD PREVENTION & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Meeky Cart uses automated and manual systems to detect suspicious activity. Orders may be delayed or cancelled while verification is conducted.

Customers should contact Meeky Cart before initiating a payment dispute where the issue can reasonably be resolved through customer support. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USER CONTENT

The Meeky Cart brand, website design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, photographs, software, interfaces, and content are owned by or licensed to Meeky Cart. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written authorization.

Customer reviews, ratings, and content must be truthful, lawful, non-defamatory, non-infringing, and relevant. Meeky Cart reserves the right to moderate or remove violating content.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meeky Cart does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, error-free, that every product will remain available, that delivery estimates will always be met, or that third-party services will operate without interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meeky Cart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

CONSUMER RIGHTS & SOUTH AFRICAN LAW

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict, or waive mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law relating to product quality, safety, refunds, repairs, replacements, cancellation, or privacy.

Where South African law applies, Meeky Cart complies with applicable South African consumer-protection requirements (including the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act).

COMPLIANCE, SANCTIONS & ANTI-CORRUPTION

Customers must not use Meeky Cart in violation of applicable sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering requirements, anti-bribery laws, or other applicable legal restrictions. Transactions involving sanctioned jurisdictions or prohibited individuals may be refused or cancelled.

FORCE MAJEURE & INDEMNIFICATION

Meeky Cart will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather, government actions, war, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, internet outages, power failures, customs disruptions, or global supply-chain disruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meeky Cart, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, and damages arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the Platform, or fraudulent activity.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

If you have a dispute, we encourage you to contact customer support first with your order number and details.

Unless a different legal requirement applies to a specific transaction or service, these Terms are primarily governed by the laws applicable to the South African operations of Meeky Cart, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of South Africa.

Nothing in this provision prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable in the consumer's jurisdiction.

GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Failure by Meeky Cart to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with applicable service-specific terms and referenced policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and Meeky Cart.
