Using MeekyCart

By using MeekyCart, you agree to provide accurate order, payment, and shipping information and to use the platform only for lawful purchases.

We may update site features, pricing, shipping promises, or supplier availability as our catalog and logistics partners change.

Orders and Pricing

An order is confirmed only after payment approval and successful order creation. Catalog pricing and availability can change without notice before order confirmation.

If a listing contains an obvious pricing, inventory, or supplier-data error, MeekyCart may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details, phone numbers, and contact email addresses are valid and reachable.

Where local customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions apply, the customer remains responsible for those obligations unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
