Voucher System Terms and Conditions

These Voucher System Terms and Conditions (“Voucher Terms”) govern the purchase, issuance, redemption, use, transfer, expiry, cancellation, and other activities relating to vouchers, promotional vouchers, discount vouchers, store credits, electronic vouchers, and other voucher-based benefits made available through Meeky Cart.

By purchasing, receiving, activating, redeeming, or otherwise using a Meeky Cart voucher, you agree to these Voucher Terms, the general Meeky Cart Terms and Conditions, and any additional terms specifically applicable to the particular voucher.

1. ABOUT THE VOUCHER SYSTEM & 2. DEFINITION

Meeky Cart offers promotional vouchers, percentage-based discounts, fixed-value codes, new-customer vouchers, referral rewards, affiliate codes, customer compensation credits, and store credit.

A “Voucher” is an electronic code, token, digital credit, or promotional entitlement. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a voucher does not constitute cash, a bank deposit, an electronic-money account, or a general-purpose financial instrument.

3. ELIGIBILITY, VALUES & STORE CREDIT

Eligibility & Security (3-4): Vouchers may have specific regional, new-customer, or minimum spend requirements. Customers are responsible for keeping private voucher codes confidential.

Voucher Values (5-7): Denominated in ZAR, USD, GBP, or EUR. Fixed-value vouchers provide a predetermined credit against eligible purchases. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash change.

Store Credit (8): Issued for approved refunds, customer care resolutions, or returns. Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or converted to cryptocurrency, and is redeemable solely for eligible purchases within the Meeky Cart ecosystem.

9. EXPIRY, STACKING & EXCLUDED PRODUCTS

Expiry Dates (9): Promotional vouchers must be redeemed prior to their stated expiration date. Expired promotional discounts cannot be extended or reinstated unless required by law.

No Stacking (11): Unless explicitly allowed, multiple promotional vouchers cannot be combined in a single transaction. The checkout system enforces automatic single-voucher rules.

Excluded Products (13): Certain vouchers may exclude already-discounted clearance goods, mobile eSIM services, phone unlocking, or Visa prepaid gift cards.

14. REDEMPTION & FRAUD PREVENTION

Redemption Validation (14-15): Enter your voucher code at checkout. The system will automatically verify eligibility, minimum spend thresholds, and date validity.

18. VOUCHER TRANSFERS, GIFTS & REFUNDS

Transfers (18-19): Promotional vouchers are non-transferable and tied to the issuing customer account. Purchased gift vouchers may be transferred to nominated recipients.

Refunds on Voucher Orders (20-21): If an order paid with a voucher is refunded, the refund will be returned to the voucher balance or issued as store credit, rather than converted to cash.

23. LOYALTY, AFFILIATE CODES & RESALE BAN

Technical Corrections (23-24): Meeky Cart reserves the right to correct system glitches or accidental voucher generation errors.

Affiliates & Loyalty (31-32): Vouchers issued through approved influencers and affiliates are subject to campaign-specific rules. Unauthorized commercial resale of Meeky Cart vouchers on third-party marketplaces is strictly forbidden (45).
