Refund Policy
MeekyCart reviews refund requests based on payment status, fulfillment status, delivery outcome, and the condition of the items involved in the order.
Eligible Refund Cases
Customers may request support for orders that were not delivered, arrived materially different from the listing, or were cancelled before successful fulfillment.
If payment was captured but the order could not be completed because of supplier, stock, or verification issues, MeekyCart may issue a partial or full refund as appropriate.
Return and Review Process

Non-Refundable Situations
