At MeekyCart, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products or hygiene items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately, including covering any return shipping costs for damaged goods.

5. The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
