Intellectual Property, Website Content and Brand Protection Policy

15.1 Purpose & 15.2 Ownership of the Meeky Cart Brand

This Intellectual Property, Website Content and Brand Protection Policy governs the ownership, use, protection, and permitted use of intellectual property appearing on or associated with Meeky Cart, the Meeky Cart brand, its websites, applications, digital services, products, promotional materials, and related business operations.

The Meeky Cart name, branding, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, designs, slogans, graphics, product presentation, and associated brand identity are owned by, controlled by, or lawfully licensed to the relevant Meeky Cart operating entity.

15.3 Company IP & Prohibited Commercial Use

Proprietary Assets (15.3): Includes mobile applications, software source code, user-interface designs, photography, product descriptions, marketing campaigns, email templates, database structures, APIs, and business processes.

Limited Personal Use (15.4-15.5): Users are granted a limited permission to view Platform content solely for personal, lawful, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Prohibited Commercial Use (15.6): You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit Meeky Cart content for third-party marketplace listings, competing eCommerce platforms, price comparison feeds, or automated content-generation systems without prior written authorization.

15.7 Trademarks, Domains & Software Protection

Trademarks & Domain Names (15.7-15.8): Unauthorized registration of domain names, social media handles, or business names incorporating "Meeky Cart", "Meeky Store", or confusingly similar variations is strictly prohibited.

Software & Apps (15.9): Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling software, attempting to extract source code or proprietary algorithms, or introducing malicious code into Meeky Cart systems is strictly prohibited.

15.10 Product Imagery & Third-Party Trademarks

Product Images & Supplier Content (15.10-15.11): Product photography and specifications supplied by manufacturers, brand partners, or distribution networks remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Brands (15.12): Trademarks belonging to third parties (e.g. Visa, device manufacturers, cellular networks) appear solely for accurate product description, compatibility, and informational purposes.

15.13 User Content & Copyright Complaints

User License (15.13-15.14): Users granting content (reviews, photos, unboxing media) retain underlying ownership while granting Meeky Cart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and format the content for platform operations and promotion.

Copyright & Trademark Notices (15.17-15.18): If you believe material infringes your copyright or trademark, submit an infringement notice to info@meekycart.com with work identification, evidence of ownership, and exact platform location.

Counterfeit Protection (15.19): Meeky Cart strictly prohibits counterfeit merchandise, pirated items, or unauthorized branded goods and promptly suspends infringing listings and accounts.

15.26 Database Rights, Anti-Scraping & AI Training Prohibition

Confidential Information (15.29): Supplier pricing, commercial terms, internal algorithms, and customer data constitute confidential trade secrets.
