eSIM Sales and Services Terms & Conditions

These eSIM Sales and Services Terms & Conditions (“eSIM Terms”) govern the purchase, activation, use, and support of electronic SIM (“eSIM”) products and related mobile connectivity services purchased through Meeky Cart (“Meeky Cart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing an eSIM through Meeky Cart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these eSIM Terms, together with our general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and any additional terms displayed on the relevant product page or at checkout.

1. ABOUT MEEKY CART eSIM SERVICES

Meeky Cart provides digital eSIM products offering local, regional, and global mobile data connectivity through third-party telecommunications operators, mobile network operators, roaming aggregators, and technology partners (such as Airalo and partner networks).

2. Service Provider Role: Meeky Cart acts as an authorized digital distributor and marketplace. Underlying mobile network infrastructure is operated by certified regional telecommunications carriers.

3. WHAT IS AN eSIM & DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

An eSIM is an embedded digital SIM profile installed on a compatible smartphone, tablet, smartwatch, or mobile hotspot without requiring a physical plastic SIM card. Activation information is delivered digitally via QR code and activation codes.

7. COVERAGE, SPEEDS & DATA ALLOWANCES

Country & Regional Coverage (7-8): Coverage is limited to the destinations explicitly specified in the package. Connectivity and cellular speed (3G, 4G/LTE, 5G) depend on local topography, carrier towers, and network congestion.

Data Allowances & Unlimited Plans (10-11): Packages provide specified fixed data volumes (e.g. 1GB, 3GB, 5GB, 10GB, 20GB) or unlimited plans subject to carrier Fair Use Policies (FUP). Once fixed allowances are exhausted, data services will suspend until topped up.

12. VALIDITY, ACTIVATION & ROAMING SETTINGS

Validity Periods (12): Packages have defined validity periods (e.g. 7 days, 15 days, 30 days) beginning upon network connection or activation as specified in product descriptions.

Installation & Single Device Rule (14-16): Install eSIM profiles over stable Wi-Fi before traveling. Unless stated otherwise, an eSIM profile can only be installed on one device once. Do NOT delete an installed eSIM profile, as deleted profiles cannot be reinstalled or recovered.

Avoiding Primary Carrier Roaming Fees (18-19): In dual-SIM devices, ensure you select the Meeky Cart eSIM as the designated line for "Cellular Data" and disable "Data Roaming" on your primary home SIM to prevent unexpected roaming fees from your home carrier.

20. VOICE CALLS, SMS & EMERGENCY SERVICES

Unless explicitly advertised otherwise, Meeky Cart eSIMs are data-only services without a local phone number for standard cellular voice calls or SMS. Internet messaging apps (WhatsApp, FaceTime, Telegram, Zoom) function over the mobile data connection. Do not rely on data-only eSIMs for emergency 911/112 cellular dialing.

23. DIGITAL DELIVERY & REFUND RESTRICTIONS

Digital Delivery (23-24): Delivered instantly via email and user account dashboard after checkout.

Refund Conditions (25-28): Because eSIMs are digital credentials, refunds are NOT available once the eSIM has been installed, activated, assigned to a device, or data has been consumed, or if the device is carrier-locked. If an uninstalled eSIM cannot be activated due to verified technical failure on our network provider's end, a replacement or full refund is provided.

29. TECHNICAL TROUBLESHOOTING & PROHIBITED USE

Troubleshooting (28-29): If you experience connection issues, contact support at info@meekycart.com with your order number and screenshots of your eSIM and APN settings before deleting the profile.

Fair Use & Resale (33-36): Services must be used lawfully and may not be commercially resold, redistributed, or used for automated cyber attacks.
